1. Do I have to open a customer account to place an order?
You can complete the order either as a registered customer or without registering. If you are a new customer and would like to register, click Register to enter your personal information. .Your address will be inserted directly into the order form when you register.


2. Will my personal data be treated confidentially?
Your personal data will of course be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.

3. I forgot my password - what should I do?
To reset your password, follow the instructions for “Forgotten Password” in “My Account”.

5. How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
Delivery usually takes up to 7 working days within the EU and up to 14 days outside the EU. Shipping costs vary depending on the country (please check the delivery section)
6. How much customs and taxes do I have to pay?
For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and duties are included in the product price.
Out of the EU; Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination.
These taxes are calculated separately and are not stated in the price in the online shop. This means that you will receive a separate invoice for it.


7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Before the ordered items have been prepared for shipping, we may cancel your order, change items and/or sizes, or edit your billing and shipping details.
Please note that we are unable to add items to an existing order once it has already been placed.

8. How can I track my order?
As soon as the package with your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an automatic email with the tracking number so that you can track the shipment.


9. How can I return or exchange an item?
A return or exchange is very easy. You have 14 days to return an item.

10. Will I receive a full refund of my order?
The amount will be refunded to the same payment method you chose when purchasing. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item was delivered faulty. All sales taxes are included in your refund if your order was sent to a destination within the EU.
Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable. You may be able to get these costs refunded by contacting the local customs office directly.

11. Is it possible to receive a voucher instead of being refunded?
If you want to return something, you have the option to choose between a refund, exchange or voucher.


12. How can I subscribe to or unsubscribe from The G newsletter?
If you are interested in The G newsletter and the latest drops and news, you can subscribe to it under Newsletter, and if you would like to unsubscribe, click on the Unsubscribe link at the end of the newsletter email.


14. Which size should I choose?
When choosing your size, keep in mind that our products are all oversized and therefore tend to fit wider.

If the size you ordered does not fit, you can easily exchange the item within 14 days.


15. Can I exchange a personalized item?
Cancellations, exchanges, returns or withdrawals are not accepted on personalized products.
