Delivery

DELIVERY TIME
All deliveries are made as standard with DHL or DPD. The orders are sent from our warehouse in Germany or Austria to your specified delivery address. Please note that delivery to PO boxes is generally not possible.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Please note that orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday morning.

Shortly after collection drops and during sales, delivery times may be longer. As soon as your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation by email.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
European Union-1-7 business days. After your order, your package will be automatically linked. You will receive an email with the tracking information. On this page you can track your order at any time.
Other countries: 5 to 14 business days. Please note that order processing and shipping for deliveries outside the European Union do not take place on the same day. Before we can ship the packages, they must clear customs. This usually takes 3/4 days. For this reason, it usually takes around 10 days for the packages to arrive.
BC Lifestyle GmbH is not liable for shipping delays caused by international customs matters or other circumstances beyond the company's own controls.
Please note that orders containing more than one item may be shipped from different locations and therefore may result in deliveries of more than one package.
We process these orders as quickly as possible, but small delays may still occur.

Deliveries with a goods value of €80.00 or more are free of charge
Under €80.00 goods value DPD & DHL: €5.90

SHIPPING ZONE 1-3 (WITHIN EU)
Up to 3 kg - DPD & DHL € 14.90
Up to 31 kg - DPD & DHL € 18.90
For all deliveries within the EU, taxes and duties are included in the product price.

SWITZERLAND
Up to 3 kg - € 18.90
Up to 31 kg - € 20.90

SHIPPING ZONE 4-9 (SPAIN, IRELAND, PORTUGAL, SWEDEN, ESTONIA, FINLAND, CROATIA, LITHUANIA, LATVIA, NORWAY, BULGARIA, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA, GREECE, ICELAND, ROMANIA, SERBIA)

Deliveries outside Europe EU
All deliveries outside Europe may be subject to import duties (fees, import duties, VAT), which are determined by the destination country. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture/origin and the classification of the goods and are charged as soon as your package reaches your country. Peso does not withhold duties and taxes during the checkout process and cannot predict what your possible duties will be: in the event that such additional duties are incurred, they must be paid in order for your package to be cleared. The customer bears the costs themselves. Please contact your local customs office for further information about your country's guidelines.

FREE SHIPPING
In GERMANY and AUSTRIA, standard shipments are free for orders over €80.00. Every now and then we offer free shipping EU/worldwide as a promotion. To be informed about this by email, simply sign up for the newsletter. Please note that free shipping will only be applied once payment details have been provided

RETURN
You can cancel orders from Germany within 14 days of receipt and return them to us free of charge via DHL. Please use our returns portal. The G does not cover any costs for returns outside of Germany and Austria.
