⦁ REQUEST A RETURN

You can cancel orders from Germany and return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

To do this, simply fill out the returns form and put it in the package. On the form you can indicate whether you would like to return the item for a refund or exchange it for another item. You can also tell us the reason.

The G and the BC Lifestyle GmbH Austria branch do not cover any costs for returns.

If you have to return an item because it was delivered defective, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse the costs for the return.

Please be sure to have a delivery receipt issued and keep it safe!

There is no right to a refund of the purchase price or an exchange for worn, washed, used or damaged items.

The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The BC Lifestyle GmbH Austria branch is not obliged to take back the goods if they have been used, worn, washed or damaged. Please pack the goods as you received them and note that we do not accept items without the tags attached.
Returned items must comply with our return policy:
⦁ Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with all labels and labels attached and in the original packaging.
⦁ If an item has a The G security tag or brand tag attached, the piece must be returned with the tag attached.
Personalized items
⦁ Personalized items and products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of personalized products
Delivery of damaged/incorrect goods
Please contact our customer service immediately at info@the-g.shop if you receive incorrect/damaged goods. These goods will be accepted as returns and exchanged/refunded. Please follow normal instructions when returning this item. You have the option to choose the reason for the return directly in the return form.
Please be careful when trying on your pieces and return them in the same condition as you received them. Returns that do not comply with our policies will not be accepted

REFUND TIME
Please note that we have up to 30 days from the day we receive your return at our warehouse to complete the refund.
Of course, we will do our best to refund your money as quickly as possible within 30 days.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order. Refund payments to credit cards/PayPal accounts typically take up to 5 days from the time we receive the return at our warehouse.
-Refund payments to bank accounts usually take up to 10 days from the time we receive the return at our warehouse.
Please note that the shipping costs you paid for the delivery of your order will NOT be refunded.
