Payment Methods

Our payment methods:

⦁ CREDIT CARD
The credit card information (card number, expiry date, etc.) is automatically forwarded to Paymaster via an encrypted security system without BC Lifestyle Austria GmbH or third parties gaining access to this data. Even in the event of a possible refund, the full credit card details will not be disclosed. Therefore, a refund is only possible to the card originally specified when ordering. Except for any refund for returns, this information will never be used again.

Please note that the credit card will be charged directly, but the payment will be monitored by our service provider. We are not allowed to ship the order before payment has been verified.

Please also note that when paying by credit card, the billing and delivery addresses must both be within or outside the EU.

Online Safety
www.the-G.shop uses the security software SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This is an asymmetrical Internet encryption method that prevents your credit card information from being intercepted or manipulated during data transmission. Therefore, any unauthorized access to this data when transmitted over the Internet is excluded.

⦁ PAYPAL

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website, where you can log in and check the invoice amount before clicking 'Pay now'. After completing the payment process, you will be redirected back to the website www.the-g.shop.

Please note that we can only send orders using PayPal as a payment method to the PayPal address provided. Therefore, make sure that the delivery address and the PayPal address match, otherwise we will have to cancel your order.

⦁ BANK TRANSFER

With iDeal Payments:

The iDeal payment method saves time: thanks to the automation that transfers the necessary shopping cart data to the transfer form, you no longer have to enter anything yourself. Not only does this reduce the effort, entering the data often leads to a source of errors that can be avoided with iDeal. Another advantage is the high security standard of this payment method

With EPS Payments:

The “eps transfer” payment system enables guaranteed payment processing for your desired products on the Austrian and German markets – without much technical effort. If you pay via eps transfer, we will receive an immediate payment confirmation.

⦁ INSTANT TRANSFER

The instant transfer takes place directly via your bank and your account. If you have selected immediate transfer as the payment method, you will be redirected directly to an online transfer form. Your data will be taken over immediately, all you have to do is enter your bank code and your access data.
